Ingredients (2 people)
Boil some water, adding the thyme, parsley, bay leaf and a pinch of CBD trim.
Season the salmon on both sides with the CBD trim to enhance the taste and brown it in a pan. Remember to keep some trim for the final step. Once the water has come to a boil, pour in the rice and cook it over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the rice used.
Once the salmon is colored, add the mushrooms and sauté for 4 minutes. Then pour the cream and let come back over very low heat, stirring for 4 minutes.
Drain the rice and serve it all sprinkled with CBD trim. Enjoy your meal!
