Salmon with CBD sauce and mushrooms

The ingredients for our recipes are carefully selected in order to maximize the benefits of CBD for your body. The key ingredients here are salmon and olive oil. The oil will allow the CBD to pass through your liver without being filtered, allowing your body to take advantage of more of the molecule. As for salmon, its richness in fatty acids allows the body to metabolize CBD much faster.

Ingredients (2 people)

 Salmon filet 200 g
Rice 200 g
Mushrooms 100 g
Cream 2 tbsp
CBD trim 1 g
Thyme 1 g
Parsley 1 g
Laurel 1 g

Step 1

Boil some water, adding the thyme, parsley, bay leaf and a pinch of CBD trim.

2nd step

Season the salmon on both sides with the CBD trim to enhance the taste and brown it in a pan. Remember to keep some trim for the final step. Once the water has come to a boil, pour in the rice and cook it over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the rice used.

Step 3

 Once the salmon is colored, add the mushrooms and sauté for 4 minutes. Then pour in the cream and let return to very low heat, stirring for 4 minutes.

Step 4

Drain the rice and serve it sprinkled with CBD trim. Enjoy your meal!

Chef's advice
