CBD pear crumble

The ingredients for our recipes are carefully selected in collaboration with experienced cooks with the aim of maximizing the benefits of CBD for your body. What you need to know regardless of the recipe and the ingredients is that you absolutely heat your trim before adding it to your dishes if you want to sprinkle a dish already ready. There is no need to do this here since you will be mixing your CBD with the paste that will go in the oven.

Why heat? Simply because before being heated, CBD is in fact not activated and is actually a molecule called CBDa. We'll tell you more about this in a later article.

Ingredients (2 people)

Pears 4 rooms
Flour 150g
Sugar 120g
Butter 75g
CBD trim 1g

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180 ° C for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, cut your pears into slices or pieces according to your taste.

2nd step

Mix your sugar with the flour until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Step 3

Add the butter to the mixture and knead to create the shortbread dough.

Step 4

Once you've got your shortbread dough, add the CBD trim and mix everything together.

Step 5

Place your pears in a dish suitable for an oven. It can be ramekins or a large dish if you want a cake. Place the shortbread dough obtained previously on the pears and sprinkle lightly with CBD trim as you wish.

Step 6

Place everything in the oven for 40 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold.

Chef's coseils

It is clearly better to enjoy this dish hot with a scoop of lemon sorbet on top to add a little freshness and lightness.
